William P. Bundy
Age: 83influential adviser who counseled three presidents on Vietnam policy. Although he advocated early aerial attacks on North Vietnam, he was hesitant about broad use of U.S. troops. His brother was McGeorge Bundy, also a prominent presidential adviser.
